Job Summary

We are looking to hire a sales and marketing professional with a proven customer-oriented medical sales skillset who can communicate effectively with the doctors and the clients to ensure service provision is met. They should be able to demonstrate their prospect’s needs in order to recommend the right products and/or services .

Job Description/Requirements

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Scheduling meetings with potential and existing customers, which includes doctors, pharmacists, nurses, and other health care professionals.
  • Ensure optimal communication between the doctors and clients.
  • Presenting company products and services to potential and existing customers .
  • Identifying customers’ needs and recommending company products and services that best fulfill those needs.
  • Maintaining solid working relationships with new and existing customers by providing excellent after-sales services.
  • Regularly attending industry events, trainings, meetings, briefings, and educational workshops to be up to date with relevant information
  • Researching competitors’ products, pricing, and market success.
  • Promptly submitting purchase orders to the relevant department.
  • Preparing sales and marketing reports and analysis and submitting them to management.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by keeping up to per with the business plan.
  • Build and maintain positive working relationship with support and administrative staff.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree/ Diploma in marketing, Communications, Medical office management or related field is preferred.
  • Must be fluent in Turkish, English and Swahili.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft office applications.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent organization and consultative skills. 
  • Proven sales and marketing experience.
