A family in Baringo Valley, Nakuru County is in distress following the disappearance of their Grade six son on Saturday.
The boy’s parents James Gikonyo and Susan Wangoi said the boy was in company of his sisters who were cutting grass.
The minor is reported to have vowed that he will disappear and never to come back again.
He later went to collect milk jericans metres away but did not return. The family waited for him in vain.
His parents describe him as one who is ever silent.
Locals led by village elders say the matter has been reported to the police station and appealed to anybody with information to report to any chief, village elders or the nearest police station
The family has reached out to all relatives to find out if the boy is in their home, all in vain.
