Basic Salary Scale: Kshs. 25,470 x 1,070 – 26,580 x 1,080 – 27,700 x 1,110 – 28,850 x 1,130 – 30,020 x 1,200 – 31,270 x 1,260 – 32,570 x 1,330 – 33,950 p.m

Duties and Responsibilities 

• Procurement, provision and maintenance of facilities;
• Preparation of budgets;
• Overseeing welfare of staff and patients and ensuring their security; and
• General upkeep of the hospital.

Requirements for Appointment
For appointment to this grade a candidate must have: 

• Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE), Mean Grade C- (Minus) or its equivalent qualification with at least a C (Plain) in English/Kiswahili and Mathematics from a recognized institution;
• Diploma in any of the following: Health Management, Hospital Administration, Business Administration or its equivalent qualification from a recognized institution; and
• Registration with Kenya Association of Health Administrators (KAHA) will be an added advantage.
